This is a Sources Sought market survey only, not a request for proposals, seeking industry input on renting load bank equipment in support of the 249th EN BAT. A draft Statement of Work is attached, and the Government seeks vendor comments/questions and capability information via a questionnaire covering experience, technical ability to deliver/install/support the equipment, 1.25 MW load bank compatibility with 4160V Delta service, control/auxiliary power, lead time, turnkey support, and Quantico access credentials. The anticipated contract is Firm Fixed Price with a period of performance from December 3 to December 9, 2026, and the equipment is required operationally by December 4, 2026. Performance/access is contemplated at Marine Corps Base Quantico. Interested vendors should provide a rough order of magnitude estimate and any other considerations for the Government before a formal solicitation is released.
