The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is conducting market research to identify an accredited academic institution capable of providing non-personal academic instruction and awarding college credits for four engineering-focused modules of the 12P Prime Power Production Specialist Course. The anticipated contract is a single-award IDIQ with a five-year ordering period. The contractor must provide qualified instructors with Master's Degrees in engineering and manage fluctuating class sizes of up to 35 students.
