The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is conducting a Sources Sought market survey, for informational/planning purposes only and not a request for proposals, for a follow-on contract to support the resident Individual Terrorism Awareness Course (INTAC). The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and contiguous training facilities—including road courses with varied configurations, firearms ranges, non-lethal shooting facilities, classrooms, and administrative/storage space—within 125 miles of the Pentagon. The anticipated contract is a Firm-Fixed-Price Single Award Task Order Contract with a five-year ordering period and an estimated ceiling of approximately $10,000,000; NAICS 611519 applies with a $16.5 million size standard, and small businesses are highly encouraged. Interested parties should submit a capability package (not a proposal) describing experience, comparable work from the past five years, resources/personnel, subcontracting plans, facility clearance status, and comments on the draft PWS. Responses should also address specific questions on training range/class types, existing facilities, instructor qualifications, and scalability for up to 30 students in the core course and 1–3 students in specialized modules.
