The Department of War's SERDP Office is seeking white papers for research in environmental restoration, munitions response, resource conservation and resilience, and weapons systems/platforms technologies under a Broad Agency Announcement. White papers will be evaluated on technical merit and relevance to SERDP, while full proposals will also be assessed on personnel, cost, and transition plan. Organizations other than small businesses submitting proposals over $900,000 must include a small business subcontracting plan.
