The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity (HECSA) has been tasked to solicit for and award a contract for bullet resistant glass for vehicle windshields, door windows, and rear cargo windows at Summit Point Training Facility, Summit Point, WV. A draft Purchase Description describing the supplies required has been attached. The proposed contract is expected to be a Firm Fixed Price contract procured below the simplified acquisition threshold.
