The Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP) is seeking white papers for innovative technology demonstrations addressing Department of Defense environmental and installation energy requirements for potential funding. This Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) will remain open for approximately one year from its publication date. The total potential funding under this BAA is up to $10,000,000, which may be distributed across multiple awards. The evaluation of white papers will be based equally on Technical Merit and ESTCP Relevance. A multi-stage review process will be used, and a request for a full proposal does not guarantee an award.
