This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.603 – Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and FAR Part 13 procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose of this contract is to provide support for the development, update, and maintenance of the contents of Value to the Nation narratives and Fast Facts (benefits and capital stock) reports on the VTN website. The Contractor shall develop new Fast Facts and narratives for each business line using data and any additional information provided by the USACE Team. See the attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation and Performance Work Statement for additional information. Amendment 001 is to extend the due date and time for proposals from 27 AUG 2025 to 05 SEP 2025 due to delays receiving answers to questions. Amendment 002 is to to extend the due date and time for proposals from 05 SEP 2025 to 09 SEP 2025 and to provide answers to questions. Amendment 003 is to correct the due date and time for the header from 05 SEP 2025 to 09 SEP 2025.
