This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-03 and DFARS Publication Change Date 02/23/2024. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Amendment 003 is to resolicit this requirement with a due date and time for proposals of 1630 (430pm) US Eastern Daylight Time on Monday 21 October 2024. Amendment 004 is to provide answers to questions and extend the due date and time for proposals to 1630 (430pm) US Eastern Daylight Time on Friday 25 October 2024.
