Performance will begin as soon as practicable after contract award. The selected Contractor must provide a certificate of insurance. Regarding the number of bins, the existing bins will be used. The cleanout event will be an additional pickup. i.e., No new or additional bins are needed for the cleanout. Bins must hold from 94 to 98 gallons. There is no requirement for badging.
