This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2023-04 and DFARS Publication Change Date 07/20/2023. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Amendment 001 is to provide an answer to the question below and include a revised PWS to supplment the answer. On Page 23 of the PWS, Task 2, it lists the Deliverables, but there is a discrepancy between the written number of items vs. the numbered number of items. Can you please let us know if the written part is correct, or if the numbered part is correct. The numbered part is correct. The written part was revised. A revised PWS is attached which supercedes the original PWS.
