This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.603 – Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and FAR Part 13 procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-03, dated 26 April 2023. IWR seeks a non-personnel services contract to provide the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Hydrologic Engineering Center (HEC) with documentation describing meteorologic and streamflow ensemble datasets that are typically provided for flow forecasting applications. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the investigation and documentation as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.
