The US Army Corps of Engineers, Institute for Water Resources (IWR) has a need to purchase the the subcription services described below. This procurement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All questions must be received no later than 1630 (430pm) US eastern time on Friday 17 February 2023. Electronic submission of questions and proposals via email is required. Offerors are responsible for ensuring delivery was made to the primary and secondary points of contact via email. Late proposals will be processed in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f) "Late submission, modifications, revisions, and withdrawals of offers". The Government shall acknowledge receipt of the Offeror's proposal via email. IWR seeks vessel registry information needed by the Waterborne Commerce Statistics Center (WCSC, located in New Orleans, Louisiana) of the Institute for Water Resources (IWR) and the capital region and headquarters office of IWR (located in Alexandria, Virginia) of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). Amendment 001 is to provide the answers to questions from the interested parties and to extend the response deadline for offers until Tuesday 14 March 2023 at 1630 (430pm) eastern US.
