The United States Army Corps of Engineers is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to install supplementary heat for Buildings 2584 and 2591 on the grounds of the Humphreys Engineering Center (HEC). The contractor must meet the requirements as specified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
