The anticipated contract will be awarded using FAR Part 15 procedures. This requirement is set-aside for Woman Owned Small Businesses. The EMT is a fully operational system currently residing within the Corps network and operating within the Civil Works Business Intelligence (CWBI) Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud hosting environment. The work under this contract shall provide the regular operations and maintenance for the EMT to support IWR program and project management and its enterprise oversight and management.
