This is a pre-solicitation synopsis about the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intent to post a future solicitation to obtain support and services to manage the complete life cycle of the USACE radio communications mission. CIO/G6 in coordination with the Contractor, will collectively provide the radio systems and services that USACE needs. The Contractor will perform radio procurement and devise a comprehensive management approach to execute functions required under the contract. The approach will define and detail how technical management of all the Radio Communication Services, including functions, tasks, costs, schedules, and risks, will be performed and managed under the contract. It will also include a complete and streamlined means for USACE users, when approved by CIO/G6, to centrally acquire/procure, install, program, and repair standard radio, microwave, and satellite systems/equipment through the contractor on their behalf.
