The objective of this requirement is to provide 30 fulltime physical fitness facility gym memberships for military personnel located at the GAO building; one time visitor passes for visiting military personnel; and one time visitor passes for military personnel stationed at the GAO, but do not utilize the gym enough to justify fulltime memberships. 1.3 Scope The facility shall include, at minimum: Shower facilities. Onsite certified fitness trainers available at all times. Tracking & reporting system (for tracking usage by USACE personnel) with the ability to change/switch members due to lack of usage. Ability to also track one time use military visitors and invoice accordingly each month. Variety of weight training and cardiovascular equipment (treadmill with LCD, Stairmasters, elliptical machines, free/stationary weight training equipment, etc.) Lockers. Onsite variety of classes and personal training offered (i.e., Pilates, cycling, kick boxing, yoga, aerobics, etc.) Fitness assessments and consultations. Wellness/healthy lifestyle programs. 1.4 Schedule Requirements Hours of operation shall be no less than 0630-1900 hours Monday through Friday, with the exception of government holidays. 1.5 Proximity to GAO Building The contractor’s facility must be within half of one mile (1/2 mile) of the GAO Building, located at 441 G Street NW, Washington, DC 20314
