The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity (HECSA) has been tasked to solicit and award a contract for services to support the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Common Operating Picture (UCOP). UCOP fundamentally improves and enables program information delivery through establishing management and delivery of knowledge, with common operational understanding. UCOP is responsible for the implementation of platforms to establish data as an enterprise asset to provide shared data visualization services (QLIK Sense, ESRI, etc.), business analytics, data management, agile governance, oversight, and processes. uCOP has the added responsibility of ensuring that Geospatial data is accurately integrated to systems of record in any implementation it undertakes. HECSA is requesting Capability Statements/Statements of Qualification from vendors interested in this opportunity. Interested vendors are encouraged to submit a Capability Statements/Statements of Qualification for this RFI. Interested vendors submitting responses are required to complete the attached Supplemental Questionnaire.
