This is a requirement for the modernization of one Hydro Elevator at the Humphrey Engineer Center (HEC). The expected work will include the removal and disposal of elevator components not being used in the alteration, the supply and installation of new components, refurbishment of components, electrical work, minimum one-year warranty, one year full maintenance contract, value engineering (VE) review and all other work necessary to provide fully functional certified elevators. Additional work may include cab interior refurbishment, and a two-year full maintenance contract. The contractor will also coordinate with the onsite facility maintenance manager for access controls on both elevators and the installation fire alarm vendor for any required fire alarm initiating devices per NFPA 72 standards.THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ).
