The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity (HECSA) is conducting market research to determine capabilities of firms to provide services in support of Institute for Water Resources. A draft performance work statement is provided in Attachment 1. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY - THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. No proposals will be accepted at this time. All responses will be considered. Negative responses are also welcomed. No hard copy or facsimile submissions will be accepted. Extraneous materials (brochures, manuals, etc) will not be considered. The Government does not intend to rank submittals or provide any reply to interested firms. The Government intends to solicit and award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) for these services. The number of contracts and estimated contract value are to be determined. The information resulting from this Sources Sought will assist the Government in finalizing its overall acquisition strategy. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of their response to this notice. Interested firms are requested to complete Attachment 2 - Sources Sought Questionnaire and submit to: Ms. Shannon Benson at shannon.n.benson@usace.army.mil no later than 1400 hours EST, 01 December 2020.
