CEIWR-RMC is requesting to purchase a 1-year subscription of Palisade Decision Tools. Enclosed is a Purchase Description (PD) for a requirement for the US Army Corps of Engineers’ Institute for Water Resources (IWR). The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price (FFP) delivery order utilizing the procedures at FAR Subpart 8.4, Federal Supply Schedules and as a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
