The requirement is for a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561621 Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths). The size standard for this NAICS code is $22M. This is a new requirement for supplies and incidental services to convert a generic office into a secure open storage room Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) for a Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) Network at the 249th Engineer Battalion headquarters on Fort Belvoir, VA.
