The Government is specifically seeking HUBZone small businesses that are interested and capable of providing operations and maintenance support services required to sustain and restore real property assets, to include all plant, property, and equipment for the 1st Capabilities Integration Group (1st CIG) (Airborne) located at Buildings 2565 and 2596 on Humphrey Engineer Center and Buildings 319, 1126, 3245 and 3246 on the Main Post of Fort Belvoir and Division Army Air Field, Fort Belvoir, VA. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation; there will be no other solicitation. Note that a site visit is required; see attached for details. Site Visit: For the site visit also complete the attached form and forward to us ASAP (updated sponsor form) we will add Bldg #s to the form after you submit to us. The site visit for this requirement is highly encouraged. The site visit will be held on Wednesday, July 22 2020 at 10:00 am at HECSA. Interested vendors shall provide the following information via email to Richard Klein by Monday, July 13 2020 for the site visits. Note; Each Contractor can send only two (2) representatives: they must wear a face mask while attending. Firms attending must be Hubzone firms and must have TS clearance for this site visit.
