The Humphreys Engineer Center has a need for the repair or replacement of all bad sidewalk sections on the grounds of the Humphreys Engineer Center (HEC), which are part of the US Army Corps of Engineers Civil Works. The contractor must meet the requirements as specified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Site Visit: You will need to visit the site before you submit a proposal. There will be one site visit conducted on 12 April at 0900 hours. The contractors will meet with the USACE customer, Rodney Roberts, at the security desk inside the Kingman Building to begin the site visit.
