Title: Annual subscription for Congressional Reporting Services Contracting Activity: US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity (HECSA) Requiring Activity: United States Army Corps of Engineers HQ/ HECSA Library Subject: Request for Quote (RFQ) – Combined Synopsis/Solicitation – NAICS Code 519130 – Internet Publishing and Broadcasting/Web Search Portals. The Small Business Size Standard is- 1,000 people Period of Performance (POP): One year of services, with option for additional year. Description of Requirement: HECSA Library needs an online subscription service to a Congressional Reporting Service which will include the services described below. Headquarters USACE personnel will search the provided database for full-text documents, indices and abstracts, news, current events, transcripts, policy, and analysis documents. This digital content will support HQ USACE personnel as they accomplish their mission-critical projects. Proposal Submission Instructions: Point of Contract (POC): Questions and quotes shall be sent via E-mail to the POC for this requirement to Erroll T. Foster at erroll t.foster@usace.army.mil. The Offeror is responsible for verifying receipt by the POC. Proposal Questions: Any questions regarding this combined synopsis/solicitation W912HQ-21-Q-CONGRESSREPORTS must be submitted to the Contract Specialist via email no later than 11August 2021 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time in order to allow the Government time to review and respond accordingly.
