This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR12.603 – Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05, effective March 10, 2021. This requirement will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) order. Alpha Company, 249th Engineer Battalion's 2,000 Gallon Convault Fuel System requires repairs. Repairs include the following work:cracks in the tank, replacing the faulting interstitial sensor, replacing the tank overfill limiter, replacing the clock gauge caps, and the painting and replacement of placards on the tank. Lleaks on the existing solenoid valves and glass flow ports will also need to be fixed. A sampling of fuel from the tank is required.
