This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.603 – Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-02, dated 23 November 2020 This requirement is for a full and open competition under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 611710, “Educational Support Services”. The size standard for this NAICS code is $16.5M. This requirement is for one class of academic teaching services in support of the U.S. Army Prime Power School (USAPPS) at Fort Leonard Wood, MO 65473. The academic courses in the class consist of the following modules: Mathematics, Applied Physical Concepts, Mechanical System Engineering, and Electrical System Engineering. The content for the modules has already been developed (see Attachment A for the Program of Instruction (POI)), and this requirement is only for facilitator(s)/lecturer(s). Please review the combined synopsis/solicitation and POI attached to this notice. If interested in this opportunity, please submit a proposal in accordance with the combined synopsis/solicitation instructions. Date, Time, and Place Offers are Due: The closing date for the delivery of a response to this combined synopsis/solicitation is on or before 1:00 pm Eastern Time (ET), on 17 December 2020. All clarification requests/questions regarding this solicitation are due by 12:00 pm ET, on 10 December 2020.
