This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement, market survey for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. No quotes are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers– Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity has been tasked to solicit for and award a contract for Cyber Readiness Services described in the attached draft PWS. The proposed contract is expected to be awarded as an IDIQ with anticipated capacity of $4M over five years. The Government estimates five (5) engagements per year with a possible mix of 4 CONUS and 1 OCONUS. This is a NEW REQUIREMENT for the Army Corps with no incumbent currently or previously providing these services. Interested WOMAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS vendors with NAICS code 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services, are encouraged to submit a capability package. The capability packages for this sources sought market survey are not expected to be quotes, but rather statements regarding the company’s existing experience in relation to the areas specified in the attached document. It is asked that interested parties respond to this sources sought synopsis with the following information: Organization name and CAGE code Socioeconomic Status A brief description of your company Describe your company’s ability and experience in providing same or similar requirements as described in the attached draft PWS. Describe your company’s ability and resources to support 51% or more of this requirement as the prime contractor. Any questions/suggestions related to the draft PWS to assist in clarifying this requirement. This market survey is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Quote. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government. No award will be made as a result of this market survey. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. The Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any private sector input as a result of this market survey. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey.
