Independent External Peer Review (IEPR) for the New Jersey Back Bays (NJBB) Coastal Storm Risk Management (CSRM) Feasibility Study. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) requires the contractors to provide management and/or technical services in support of IEPRs for its water resource projects consistent with WRDA 2007, WRRDA 2014 and USACE guidance. The contractors will be required to establish a panel of experts to conduct peer reviews for each of the project studies in accordance with the National Academy of Science's policy for selecting committee members, as dictated in WRDA 2007. In accordance with the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 H.R. 1495-51 and the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 H.R. 3080, awards for this requirement must go to an eligible 501(c)(3) organization. All questions must be received by 3PM on 10 January 2020. Questions received after 3PM on 10 January 2020 may or may not be answered. Proposals are due at 3PM on 23 January 2020.
