The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to award a single-source fixed-price purchase order to John Wiley & Sons (Wiley) for online access to its journal services – the Wiley databases, including two types of Wiley Deposit Accounts for various types of Wiley publications. The period of performance for this requirement shall be for twelve (12) months from the date of the effective date of the contract, with an option for a second year of service. NOTICE OF INTENT: No competition is being sought unless/until another source is identified. These library service subscriptions for journals are unique to Wiley. The journals selected are of interest to both the Institute of Water Resources and Headquarters USACE. The titles listed below are available in electronic format only through the Wiley database.
