The Government requires structural repairs to existing TC Dock structures at Joint Base Lindsey Graham to restore safe operations under a design-bid-build delivery. The Base Bid covers underdeck concrete repairs over water in confined spaces with tidal fluctuations, fiberglass jacketing of existing timber piles, and structural upgrades to North Ramp 5 and its extension including pile-cap strengthening and concrete deck replacement. Bid Option 1 covers drainage upgrades to the Original TC Dock and North Dock Extension with demolition and a new thicker cast-in-place concrete deck. Bid Option 2 covers replacement of a broken square concrete batter pile at Bent 111, including demolition, new pile driving, and a new cast-in-place pile cap. Bid Option 3 covers reconnecting a detached outboard batter pile at Bent 135 by demolishing the existing pile cap and constructing an extended cast-in-place pile cap.
