The contractor must provide complete, performance-based asphalt pavement surface maintenance that produces a structurally sound, durable, and safe paved surface capable of supporting heavy transport vehicles and loading-dock traffic. Work must ensure positive drainage away from adjacent structures, flush and code-compliant transitions at concrete interfaces, and compliance with federal safety regulations and local installation standards. All work must follow North Carolina Department of Transportation Specifications. The estimated work area is approximately 1,300 to 1,500 square feet.
