This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside for a Design-Build/Design-Bid-Build General Construction contract covering work west of the Mississippi River for the US Army Corps of Engineers Charleston District. The total shared capacity for all awardees over the life of the contract is $99,000,000, with individual task orders ranging from the simplified acquisition threshold up to $25,000,000. The performance period includes a three-year base ordering period, one two-year optional period, and one six-month option for a total potential period of 66 months. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the PIEE Solicitation Module, and offerors must be registered in SAM at the time of submission.

The planned solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price MATOC with a total capacity of $99M for DB or DBB General Construction for all Charleston District Programs. The MATOC pool will include a target of seven (7) contractors. The contract will include a three-year base period and one two-year option period. The work will be located West of the Mississippi River, for a Not to Exceed amount of $99M in shared capacity amongst all MATOC awardees for the life of the contract
