This is a pre-solicitation announcement for a firm-fixed-price contract involving maintenance dredging of approximately 3,298,000 cubic yards (base) and 1,180,000 cubic yards (option) of unclassified material from the Charleston Lower Harbor. The dredged material will be deposited in the Charleston Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Site (ODMDS). Performance of services will be in Charleston and Berkeley Counties, South Carolina.
