Amendment 0002: The Purpose of this amendment is to extend the Proposal Due Date to 1 April 2024 at 3PM EDT. Amendment 0001: Projnet Inquiry Changes to solicitation and attachment 4.MATOC Description: US Army Corps of Engineers Charleston District has a requirement for a readily available contract tool that will enable the Charleston District to execute the renovation and repair requirements relating proactively and responsively specifically for building envelopes, roof repairs and replacements. Project sizes generally range from the simplified acquisition threshold to approximately $20M, with a wide variance in complexity. This contracting effort will ensure that the Charleston District is able to support the roofing and building envelope construction needs of its stakeholders and other potential partners over the next five (5) years. The anticipated construction requirements will be predominantly under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238160 Roofing Contractors. The contract will have a three (3) years base with one (1) 2 year option period. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS: The only authorized transmission method for a proposal in response to this solicitation is electronically via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module.NO OTHER TRANSMISSION METHODS (EMAIL, FACSIMILE, REGULAR MAIL, HAND CARRIED, ETC.) WILL BE ACCEPTED. The offeror?s proposal must be received by the Government by the date/time specified in the solicitation.
