Material dredged from Charleston Upper Harbor, MARADS Piers S, T, and U, and USCG Pier P shall be placed in the Clouter Creek Placement Area - South Cell. Material Dredged from Joint Base Charleston Channel shall be placed in the Joint Base Charleston Placement Area. Material Dredged from TC Dock shall be placed in the Clouter Creek Placement Area - South Cell or Joint Base Charleston Placement Area. The work includes complying with the requirements of Endangered Species Act and the Marine Mammals Protection Act. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 237900 with an SBA Small Business Size of $37M.SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE: Total 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
