This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This procurement will be 100% set aside for Total Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classifications System (NAICS) is code for this procurement is 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction Services - with a small business size standard of $39,500,000 million. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-O7. Title of Requirement: Roof Repairs – St Stephen Powerhouse and Fish Lift Roofs for the Cooper River Rediversion Project St. Stephen, South Carolina. Description of Requirement: The contractor shall provide all services in accordance with the scope of work for the specified Roof Repairs at the Cooper River Rediviersion Project. Submission Requirements: Quotes should be E-mailed to Mr. Joshua Gould by 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time on January 26th, 2023 at joshua.t.gould@usace.army.mil.
