FY23 Charleston Lower Harbor O-M DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of maintenance dredging approximately 3,500,000 cubic yards of unclassified material from the Charleston Upper and Lower Harbor which shall be deposited in the Charleston Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Site (ODMDS). The work is located in Charleston and Berkeley County, South Carolina. The work includes complying with the requirements of the Endangered Species Act and Marine Mammals Protection Act.This acquisition is UNRESTRICTED.
