This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This procurement will be 100% set aside for only 8(a) Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classifications System (NAICS) is code for this procurement is 561730 – Landscaping Services - with a small business size standard of $8,500,000 million. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-07. Title of Requirement: Herbicide Protection Services for the Cooper River Rediversion Project St. Stephen, South Carolina. Description of Requirement: The contractor shall provide all services in accordance with the scope of work for the specified Pothole Repair at the Cooper River Rediviersion Project.
