PRESOLICITATION (W912HP21R4003) DESCRIPTION: Expand the VA Columbia campus parking garage by constructing a new parking garage structure immediately adjacent to the existing garage and expanding the existing garage to the planned full height of 4 levels to address needs of VA patients, employees, and visitors by providing additional parking spaces. DBB by VA donated AE design. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The Magnitude for this project is between $5M-$10M. NAICS: The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this effort is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Size Limitation is $39.5M. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The resulting award will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. ANTICIPATED SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation on or about 1 April 2021. Actual dates and times will be identified in the solicitation.
