The work consist of constructing a 500,000-thousand-gallon composite elevated water storage tank, delegated design, fencing, associated piping, valves, electrical, clearing and grubbing, demolition, earthwork, surface restoration, grading, landscaping, all other appurtenances, and incidental related work. The work will be in Harleyville, within the Winding Woods Industrial Park in Dorchester County. The Winding Woods tank site will be located east of Winding Woods Road and adjacent to an existing powerline easement. Solicitation is hereby posted and active as of 6 April 2021. Amendment 00001 is hereby posted and active as of 4 May 2021. Amendment 00001 is issued in order to extend the proposal due date and to update Specifications and Drawings and add a Schedule of Special Inspections. The proposal due date is hereby extended from 5 May 2021 to 14 May 2021.
