Air Marine Interdiction Site (AMIS) at FLETC, Glynco, Georgia
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Savannah District plans to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for the design and construction of the Air Marine Interdiction Site at the FLETC facility in Glynco, Georgia. The project involves building four facilities on a 10-acre site, including three 30,000-square-foot open-span mock training buildings and one 9,500-square-foot administration building, with associated site development, utilities, paving, and landscaping. The anticipated construction magnitude is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. The performance period is expected to be 1,460 calendar days after issuance of the notice to proceed. The acquisition will use a two-phase design-build selection process on an unrestricted basis.
