Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a Request for Proposal for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for comprehensive maintenance, repair, and minor construction services at the Hartwell Project. The work encompasses a wide range of facility, grounds, infrastructure, and natural resource management activities across project offices, parks, dams, and other resources. Performance of services is required across six counties in Georgia and South Carolina. This is a small business set-aside with a NAICS size standard of $47,000,000. Offerors must be actively registered in SAM and use the PIEE system for submission.
