This contract requires the delivery of 3,374 tons each of 2" Crusher Run and #131 Screenings to a designated site at Below Dam in Appling, Georgia. The contractor must coordinate all deliveries, provide their own equipment for offloading, and submit detailed load tickets for verification at the time of delivery. The Government will award to the lowest-priced offeror who is determined to be Technically Acceptable and demonstrates passing Past Performance, which requires evidence of successfully delivering at least 6,748 tons of aggregate within the past five years. All materials must meet specified standards and be delivered in a clean condition during normal business hours, with the contractor responsible for removing any rejected material and restoring the site. No equipment or personnel will be provided by the Government to assist with unloading.
