The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Savannah District seeks a commercial supplier to deliver ASTM C144 recreational-grade sand to multiple Government locations. The sand must be suitable for playgrounds and beaches, safe for barefoot use, and meet all delivery and off-loading specifications without government assistance. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, and proposals will be evaluated using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology. To be considered technically acceptable, an offeror must demonstrate the capability to meet all specifications and prove past performance of delivering at least 9,419 tons of sand within the past five years. Award will be made to the technically acceptable offeror with the lowest total evaluated price.
