Market Intelligence Notice – Child Development Centers (CDC) - Volumetric modular housing, Kit-of-Parts facilities, 3-D Printed
USACE Savannah District is seeking market intelligence on industry capabilities for volumetric modular, kit-of-parts, 3-D printed, and hybrid industrialized construction approaches for Child Development Centers on multiple military installations. Projected applications include several CDC facilities and demolitions at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and a large CDC with demolitions at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. Respondents should state whether these industrialized approaches are fully compatible, achievable with modifications, or better met by alternatives, and explain how alternatives improve schedule, cost, safety, quality, energy, scalability, and installation impacts. Capability statements should cover corporate experience, commercial best practices, supply chain and lead times, and survey responses on childcare facility innovation, collaborative delivery, subcontractor teaming, and structural/envelope/utility integration. Responses must be submitted via the provided survey and by email as a PDF capability statement, with proprietary information clearly marked.
