This is a 100% Small Business set-aside for the procurement and installation of an emergency backup generator system at the New Savannah Bluff Lock and Dam in Augusta, Georgia. The work involves supplying and installing a new 48-60 kW propane generator, fuel tank, and automatic transfer switch on a new elevated platform, and abandoning the existing diesel system in place. The contract will be a single Firm Fixed Price award solicited under sealed bidding procedures. The solicitation is anticipated to be available on or about February 2, 2026, and proposals must be submitted electronically via the PIEE system. Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
