U.S. Army Corps of Engineers- Savannah District Request for Information - Indefinite Delivery Type Contract For READI A-E Assessment This is a Request for Information (RFI) only, as part of market research, issued in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 10.001 (a) (2), Market Research - Policy. All interested parties should complete the form provided the link below. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Savannah District, is conducting market research to determine the availability of entities to support Architect-Engineering (A-E) acquisition services. This survey is specific to A-E Services but may also be used for engineering services not covered by FAR Subpart 36.6. Information: The South Atlantic Division is looking for providers of quick response for general assessment and design capability to address a broad range of emergency actions, disaster response activities, and long-term planning and resilience efforts in the South Atlantic region. This contract vehicle will be used to provide immediate post-disaster assessments and develop design-build RFPs for temporary and permanent repairs to civil, vertical, and utility infrastructure on federal properties (e.g., military installations, VA hospitals, etc) and for local governments. The intent is to establish a pool of firms with the capability to mobilize quickly and deliver high-quality technical solutions in response to emergencies. The Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) pool will have a shared capacity of $49M. The intent is to have a pool of up to four highly qualified firms. Based on the responses to this request for information, this requirement may be set-aside for small business (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. All Small Business Set-Aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluation will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. The Government will consider feedback received in determining if a small business set-aside is appropriate for this when it issues the solicitation package.
