Introduction: The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, Savannah District is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for providing Park Attendant Services for 2024-2025 Hartwell Lake- Twin Lakes B Campground (Pendleton, SC). Park attendant(s) refers to the Hartwell Lake/Park Attendant that is responsible for all the duties of Gatehouse or Park Attendant. This announcement is being issued for market research purposes only. The purpose of this announcement is to identify sources who are interested and capable of performing this requirement . This announcement does not constitute a commitment by the Government for any follow-on announcements, solicitation, or award. This is NOT a solicitation; the Government will not pay for any information provided in response to the market survey. Description of Requirement: The contractor shall provide Park Attendants Services for one (1) position at Twin Lakes B, Pendleton, SC. The Government will award no more than one (1) Park Attendant position (i.e. one Park Attendant position consists of a two person team, the Contractor and Partner). Please see the detailed Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached for the full description of the requirement. Please note that this is only for the TWIN LAKES B Campground. Estimated Period of Performance: One (1) year base, with one (1) yearly option. See PWS for details on dates for Campground Season.
