The Richard B. Russell Project has +/- 270 miles of total boundary line and is located within Anderson County, SC, Abbeville County, SC, Hart County, GA, and Elbert County, GA. The total boundary line is divided into five segments for the purpose of yearly boundary line maintenance. Boundary line segments vary in length between +/- 51 miles and +/- 55 miles. Miles maintained may increase or decrease based on weather, project needs, budget, or other factors. Bids should be given as a total lump-sum cost for completion of the contract for one segment of boundary line.
