This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This will be a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS code is 721211with a standard of $10 M. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05. Title of Requirement: 2024 - 2025 Park Attendant Services at Hartwell Lake. The contractor shall provide Park Attendants Services for one (1) position at a specific location. Park attendant(s) refers to the Hartwell Lake/Park Attendant that is responsible for all the duties of Gatehouse or Park Attendant. There will be a total of eight (8) contracts available for bid with this solicitation. The Government will award no more than one (1) Park Attendant position/ contract (i.e. one Park Attendant position consists of a two person team, the Contractor and Partner) to any offeror(s).
